Processing + Shipping
All vow books and ribbon ship within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday. The time frames can change depending on the season, please contact me if you are in a rush to receive your order and we can pick the best rush option for you.
I ship with multiple carriers to ensure the cheapest and fastest mailing service depending on where your parcel is being shipped to. All orders are shipped out of my studio in Coquitlam, BC.

Canada Post | Letter Mail and Regular Parcel | Within Canada
Once shipped, takes 2-10 business days
Ascendia | Regular Parcel | International (outside Canada and the United States)

Please note: these time frames are estimated and are not guaranteed. If you want guaranteed shipping, please reach out to use and we can ship it with FedEx for an extra fee.

I allow for local pick up for all orders, once your order is processed, you will receive an email. Please reply to that email or contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time. I am located in Coquitlam, BC, 30 minutes outside of Vancouver.
The colours seen on your screen may not be identical to the colours printed.
Monitor colours vary depending on the computer.
Please note, we try to match the printed colours as close as we can to the colours seen on the screen. If you would like to see the colours in person please order a sample.
Our paper colours will slightly change the colour of the ink depending on the paper colour chosen. This could slightly change the printing colours, therefore if you are unsure about the colours matching a certain palette, please order a sample to double check.
Our ribbons might be slightly darker or lighter in person that they might appear on the screen. We aim to do our best to make the photos as accurate to the actual product but due to the variety of different screens, colours vary from screen to screen.
Cancellations and Refunds
Upon notice of cancellation and depending on where your invitations are in the process, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact us as soon as you can with your request to cancel your order.
Once your invitations or customized product has been printed, you will not be eligible to cancel or request a refund.
We do not accept refunds at this time for any products such as vow books. Please contact us immediatly if there was an error with your order.
Terms and Conditions
We are not responsible for damages that might occur during the shipping process. All claims towards damages during shipping must be dealt with the shipping provider.
If you find an error in the addressing or spelling that does not align with the approved proof we will reprint or rewrite the mistakes as soon as possible and ship it to you at no additional charge.
However, if the spelling error or addressing was approved by the client on the proofs given, Our Vows will not be responsible.
Reprinting and rewriting will be subject to a set-up fee of $25 plus the cost of printing and shipping.
